Live Out Loud Charity offers a unique experience for children, teens, and adults to give back to the community by becoming part of our Leadership Academy. The LOLC Leadership Academy offers guidance in speech development, interview training, and communication skills to further expand the individual’s message of hope.
Each LOLC Leadership Academy student is certified in and taught:
- Suicide prevention
- Core character development
- Is mentored on a continual basis,
- How to turn their personal story into one of hope and inspiration for others
The LOLC Leadership Academy offers guidance in speech development and communication skills to further expand the individual’s message of hope. The goal is to turn a story of sadness or hardship into one of triumph and ultimately a story that can be shared with others in a public forum.
After completion of the Leadership Academy, each member takes on the role of being an Official Worldwide Spokesperson for Live Out Loud Charity. Each individual has a topic in which they present on behalf of LOLC in a multitude of settings from schools, to community events, to social forums, and more.
Through our training program each member becomes a Worldwide Spokesperson or Worldwide Ambassador for their given state, region, or country. Each member is trained in our four programs:
- Core Character Development
- Take a Stand Movement
- QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Suicide Prevention
- STAR Anti-bullying
The Leadership Academy is comprised of over 100 Worldwide Spokespersons and Ambassadors that truly believe in the mission of Live Out Loud Charity. Each Worldwide Spokesperson is equipped with the knowledge and training to save lives and to create positive change in the world. We believe your voice is powerful and we encourage our Worldwide Spokespersons and Ambassadors to present in various speaking arenas.
Guidelines for maintaining Spokesperson/Ambassador status in our Leadership Academy:
- An annual $100 membership fee
- Each member most host one mandatory fundraiser
