Take note on individuals who’s relationship changes with food and makes drastic comments about their looks and diet. Question individuals who express they feel like a burden to others and have become extremely withdrawn. Listen and persuade individuals that there is hope. Discuss long term affects of their behaviors and how positivity will change their lives. Finally refer them to the hotlines and mental health resources in their area.
